Position Summary
US-Offsite is seeking an experienced Level 5 Plumber (Lead) to be a part a skilled team of plumbers in our modular construction factory in Shasta County. From single-family and multi- family buildings, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality residential projects. You’ll have the opportunity to lead and train a team of plumbers within the prefabrication plant, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and professionalism.
- Job Duties
- Oversee installation of plumbing systems in US-Offsite manufacturing facilities
for construction of single family and multifamily buildings. - Leadership – Lead plumbers in the manufacturing of 7,000 – 10,000 sq. ft. of
modular construction per month- Cultivate a high-performing culture in the plumbing team characterized by
respect and honor for every team member. - Handle delegated authority from Prefab Production Superintendent as
appropriate, providing leadership and contributing to the company’s
success.

- Training – Systematically train plumbing team in plumbing means and methods
for residential construction, growing team members from level 1 to level 5
according to their previous experience. - Plumbing Plan Review – Review all plans prior to submittal and prior to
manufacturing for constructability, streamlined manufacturing and efficient material use, providing expert advice to the design team and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. - Safety – Enforcing job safety standards, ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Clean and prepare manufacturing floor and all areas relevant to electrical team by removing debris and possible hazards.
- Load and unload building materials and equipment.
- Operate and control heavy-duty equipment and machinery for moving
materials on the floor.
- Support all projects on US-Offsite campuses from a plumbing standpoint.

- Qualifications
- Master plumber with +5 years of experience installing residential plumbing
systems. - Proficient in reviewing and reading construction plans and specifications,
especially in regard to plumbing. - Proven experience coaching and leading teams.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, collaboration, and
leadership skills. - Experience managing work crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Familiarity with other residential trades (e.g., earthwork, utilities, concrete,
framing, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, and finish carpentry) to efficiently coordinate electrical scope. - Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently orally and in writing regarding technical building details

or pulling of objects weighing up to 150 pounds. Additionally, candidates must be
capable of climbing and working from ladders up to 36 feet in height. - Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination may be
necessary for tasks such as assembling components, operating tools, or
performing quality control checks. - Working in Confined Spaces: This job may require employees to work in confined
spaces or tight quarters, which could involve additional physical challenges
related to maneuvering and accessing work areas. - Environmental Conditions: This job may require exposure to various unusual
elements, including extreme temperatures, toxic chemicals, biohazardous materials, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.
