Josh grew up in a German family business that has been building prefabricated housing at scale since the 1970s. He began his career as a journeyman framer, gaining valuable hands-on experience both in the factory and on install teams. With a degree in Construction Engineering and Business Administration, Josh has worked on both the construction management and real estate development sides of multifamily projects exceeding $200MM. He currently oversees all financial and non-production-related decisions at US-Offsite.
