Randy Hubbard

Prefab Production Level V Lead

With 23 years of experience in construction and painting, Randy has built a diverse skill set across multiple trades, including roofing, automotive work, and general construction. As a licensed painting contractor for over a decade, his attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship set a high standard for quality. Having served as a foreman and supervisor for more than 20 years, Randy leads by example, fostering a strong work ethic and a culture of mentorship. He takes pride in sharing his expertise with new painters, passing down industry knowledge and techniques to help them grow in their roles. What Randy values most about his work at US-Offsite is the sense of belonging—not just as an employee, but as part of a team and family that genuinely cares. This supportive environment makes coming to work something he looks forward to every day. Outside of work, Randy enjoys walking his dog, building hot rods, and vintage drag racing. He also channels his creativity into metal art and photography and is an active member in his community.

Clyde Kladt

Prefab Production Level V Lead

With 44 years of experience in the drywall industry, Clyde brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. His extensive background spans both residential and commercial construction, and for over 23 years, he has held leadership roles, including business ownership and estimating. What Clyde enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to connect with people—whether it’s colleagues, homeowners, or clients. His vast experience allows him to contribute valuable insights, helping to refine processes and improve drywall efficiency across the team. As a leader at US-Offsite, Clyde is committed to fostering a culture of craftsmanship, precision, and continuous improvement. His hands-on approach and dedication to quality make him an invaluable mentor to those around him. Outside of work, Clyde has a passion for cars, spending much of his free time building hot rods, working on bodywork and paint, and enjoying time with his family.

Michael Baer

Prefab Production Level V Lead

With 35 years of experience in construction—including 21 years as a general contractor and 31 years specializing in millwork—Michael brings an exceptional level of craftsmanship and leadership to US-Offsite. His diverse background spans residential and commercial projects, as well as custom work on boats, RVs, and horse trailers. For over 25 years, Michael has held leadership roles, mentoring and guiding teams to produce high-quality work. He is particularly passionate about millwork, appreciating its role as the final, visible touch in a home—a testament to skill and artistry. He finds great fulfillment in stepping back and seeing a project come to life, knowing it was built with precision and teamwork. Michael is dedicated to fostering a culture of craftsmanship, camaraderie, and mentorship. He believes in leading by example, showing that work can be both productive and enjoyable. His goal is to not only build great products but also to build future leaders within the company. Outside of work, Michael enjoys ranching, training horses, and roping. He is actively involved in his community and even serves as a wedding officiant. Most importantly, he values time spent with his family.

Brandon Cannon

With 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Brandon is a seasoned expert in framing, with a strong background in residential and commercial construction, agricultural metal buildings, and home remodeling. Having held leadership roles for over 15 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on expertise, and a commitment to excellence in every project he undertakes. Passionate about the creative and problem-solving aspects of construction, Brandon thrives in a fast-paced environment where quick thinking, strategic decision-making, and teamwork drive success. He enjoys leading by example, fostering collaboration, and bringing his team together to achieve common goals. His ability to adapt on the fly, maintain a positive attitude, and continuously seek growth makes him an invaluable leader at US-Offsite. With over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, Colin is a highly skilled journeyman electrician with a diverse background spanning power plants, water treatment facilities, commercial buildings of all sizes, and both track and custom homes. His expertise, precision, and commitment to quality make him a valued asset in every project he undertakes. A dedicated husband and father, Colin has called Shasta County home for nearly a decade. With over 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Kyle has built a diverse skill set across multiple trades, from framing to finish work. His extensive background spans a wide range of projects, including new construction, towering 47-story high-rises, custom homes, and intricate remodels. At US-Offsite, Kyle has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, starting as a leader of the painting team and now overseeing six key departments within US-Offsite’s manufacturing plant. His leadership, expertise, and dedication to excellence help drive efficiency and innovation across our operations. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys the thrill of motorcycle rides, exploring the outdoors through hiking, and spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends.

Peter Andresen

Prefab Production Coordinator

With over 15 years of experience in construction, Peter brings a deep understanding of residential remodeling and a passion for craftsmanship. His expertise spans every phase of the building process, from foundation to finish, with a sharp eye for detail, design, and building science. Before joining US-Offsite, Peter owned and operated a specialized remodeling company, focusing on custom tile installations. His dedication to residential remodels stems from his appreciation for the human aspect of the work—building relationships with homeowners and transforming their vision into reality. Peter was drawn to US-Offsite’s mission of “building strong families” and resonates with the company’s people-first values. He strives to instill these principles into the daily culture of his crew, fostering teamwork, quality, and integrity in every project. Jayson Burke

Inventory Coordinator

Jayson is a versatile individual who began his career in the camera and lighting departments on NGO and music video film sets in Chicago early on in high school. Drawing on his background in sales and logistics operations, he brings a new approach to designing and solving inventory system processes. He loves collaborating with teams to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen internal alignment, increase accuracy and boost efficiency in the off-site construction process, helping to build quality housing in the most cost-effective way. In his free time, Jayson enjoys spending time on the slopes, playing through nine holes with friends, playing the guitar, reading, and serving his community.

She built a strong foundation in sales and marketing during her five years as Director of Sales for a senior living company, and her entrepreneurial spirit flourished when she co-founded and managed a business with her husband for six years. Passionate about design, Casey pursued interior design studies, completing two semesters of an architectural design program. Stephen Limerick

Modular Design Manager

Stephen has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and is now implementing that in his role at US-Offsite. Josh Kaeber

VP of Operations

Josh grew up in a German family business that has been building prefabricated housing at scale since the 1970s. He began his career as a journeyman framer, gaining valuable hands-on experience both in the factory and on install teams. With a degree in Construction Engineering and Business Administration, Josh has worked on both the construction management and real estate development sides of multifamily projects exceeding $200MM. Passionate about building quality housing in the most cost-effective way, his combined expertise in engineering, planning, estimating, and financial feasibility drives him to consistently find the most efficient way to build.

JEDD PELLERIN

Director of Modular Design and Sales

Jedd is a Registered Architect with over 25 years in design, construction, and real estate development. He has led the successful completion of hundreds of projects in over 30 states and internationally, including: multifamily, hospitality, museum exhibit, senior housing, restaurant, luxury residential, educational, family entertainment & themed facilities, and retail projects, ranging from $1 million to $500 million.

ALEX SHEA

CFO

Alex has nearly two decades of finance experience spanning investment banking, portfolio management ($10B+), derivatives trading, and FP&A. Prior to joining US-Offsite, he managed a real estate private credit fund enabling sponsors to execute on their development pro-formas. He currently oversees all financial and non-production-related decisions at US-Offsite. When not in the factory, Alex enjoys spending time with his family (2 daughters with 1 more on the way!), playing the guitar, skiing at nearby Mt. Shasta, and rooting for the New York Yankees. He is a CFA Charterholder and received his B.S. in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.
